Darian Leader

Darian Leader is a psychoanalyst. He is a founder member of the Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research in London. He is an honorary visiting academic at the Centre for Psychoanalysis at Middlesex University and was formerly a senior lecturer in Psychoanalysis Studies at Leeds Metropolitan University. He is the author of numerous articles and books, including Introducing Lacan, Why do Women Write more Letters than they Post?, Promises Lovers Make when it gets Late, Freud's Footnotes, Stealing the Mona Lisa, The New Black. Mourning, Melancholia and Depression and What is Madness? His books have been translated into more than twenty languages.
