Consultative Analysis

In recent years, leading corporations have given increased attention to corporate responsibility issues such as climate change, human rights, labour standards and corruption - recognizing the challenges and opportunities of globalisation and reflecting increased business activity in developing and 'transition' economies.  However, the less well understood challenges of operating in different cultural settings are now emerging more strongly, reflecting wider cultural, religious and political realities across the world.  Zamyn's consultative analysis helps corporations to develop their understanding of the risks and opportunities that they encounter in their activities, in the context of global and local culture.

Zamyn's work engages and focuses corporations beyond the currently addressed issues of society and environment, by introducing the analysis of culture into the management of risk.  By equipping business with cultural insights and practical tools, Zamyn's consultative analysis will enable a corporation to take the lead in tackling current and future global issues pro-actively, and thereby to position itself optimally with respect to future governmental and international developments.  The approach encourages the perception of cultural welfare and economic interests not as polar opposites but as interdependent endeavours, which, if managed well, result in improved access to markets, competitive advantage to the business and, overall, better integration of the business into the society within which it operates.
